How do I Register a Domain?

Registering a domain requires finding a domain name you want that's available and registering it. We offer domain registration for numerous TLDs.

This will give you ownership of the domain for one year. Then, when it's almost been a year, you'll be reminded to renew it if you wish to keep it.

If you plan to register your domain at another domain registrar and host it at Hostwinds, remember to keep our nameservers handy. You'll need to enter these at your domain registrar for your hosting here to display your site.

Your nameservers are found in the account information email we sent you and your client area under Services > My Services.
