Rebooting Your Server With WHM

How Do I Reboot My Server In WHM?

WHM provides you with two ways to reboot your server: Forceful Server Reboot and Graceful Server Reboot.  To find reboot, login into your WHM account and head to Home > System Reboot. Alternatively, you can also use the search bar to search for this function.

Forceful Server Reboot

Whether the system encounters any errors or not will cause the system to shut down through them.

To start this type of reboot, push the Forceful Server Reboot button and then click the Proceed button on the next page.

Graceful Server Reboot

This system shutdown first stores user data and closes user-level programs before rebooting.

Start this type of reboot, push the Graceful Server Reboot button and then click the Proceed button on the next page.
