How to Manually Edit the php.ini File in Virtualmin

With Virtualmin, you can edit most configuration files, such as the php.ini file, directly from within the GUI. This guide will show you how to use the PHP Configuration module to edit the php.ini file. First, you have to have Virtualmin installed on your server and be logged in with Webmin access. If you're not certain how to do this, please refer to the following guides:

• How to login to Webmin

When you're ready to proceed, please refer to the following steps:

1. Select the Webmin section
2. Click on the Others option
3. Select the PHP Configuration module

1. Under the Actions column, click the Edit Manually button to edit the Global PHP configuration.

1. You should now see the Edit Configuration Manually interface
2. Make any changes that you deem necessary, just as you'd via any Linux text editor
3. When you're satisfied with the changes that you've made, click the Save button
