What is cPanel?
cPanel is a web hosting control panel that provides a graphical interface and automation tools that simplify website hosting to the website owner. It enables administration through a standard web browser using a three-tier structure.
Log in to your cPanel
Note: To follow the steps outlined in this section, you must log in to the Hostwinds Client Area.
Upon entering your Client Area, you arrive at your account's home page.
Your purchased services display in the YOUR ACTIVE PRODUCTS/SERVICES table. Proceed to select the service you would like to enter either through the name on the table's row or the green Manage button to the right of the row.
When clicked, you'll enter the management page for this specific service. Next, you will see a dropdown menu to the left of your dashboard labeled Actions, and it should be open or down. If not, then click the down arrow to open it.
The Login to cPanel option will sit at the top of the menu in the dropdown menu, and clicking the link will give you instant access to your cPanel account. No login information is needed, and you will be able to get started right away.
